A sweet little relaxing knit, the I Left My Heart shawl uses only one skein of yarn, and echoes two motifs from the Funston shawl, my 2025 mystery. This shawl can also be enlarged by repeating the edging chart as many times as you like!

The top triangle is packed with double yarn-over hearts and the edging uses a wave form motif. The shawl is constructed as a modern hap to present a beautiful smooth triangle, and the lace charts (with written instructions also included) are very straightforward.

This shawl is the second step in a guided journey through the motifs and techniques in Funston, but broken down into smaller projects so that each shawl is a manageable step and beautiful project on its own. About My Project:
Welcome to the first year of my Mystery Path bundle series. During my 2025 mystery shawl (Funston), I realized that a lot of knitters still felt a bit overwhelmed by lace, even with the lives and how-to videos. So I decided to break the shawl up into smaller pieces, and The Mystery Path was born.

This is a guided journey through the motifs and techniques in Funston, but broken down into smaller projects so that each shawl is a manageable step and beautiful project on its own. Put together, they build the skills and confidence for the larger and more complex Funston shawl. And even if you have already knit the Funston shawl? You will love these relaxing smaller projects!

All in all, there will be three shawl patterns plus a small bonus pattern in the bundle. And of course, it’s a mystery what they’ll look like!
