This idea came to me about 2 in the morning..as most of my best ideas do! I have been looking all over for elastic headbands that aren’t flat, but resemble their smaller round cousin - the “ouchless” ponytail holder. I still haven’t found any, so I thought there might be a way to use I cord to make them more rounded and comfortable while still retaining the original elasticity.

Very little yarn is needed - just enough to go all the way around the headband. Number of stitches and needle size can easily be adjusted to your chosen yarn.
