Igloo is an ear-flap (chullo) Hat for those with ponytails!
Knitted top-down and in the round, this is suitable for adventurous beginners or intermediate knitters.

There are optional ties from the ear-flaps also included and, with the sizes given, this Hat is also ideal for children.
