Imladris, East of the Sea is a lace and cable sock pattern inspired by Rivendell from the Lord of the Rings (books, movies, and especially Lord of the Rings Online video game). It features an elvish braid down the back, and waterfall and leaf lace motifs on the front. Includes a modified fleegle heel.

These socks are available in 65, 69 and 75 st cast on sizes, and the length is customizable. The large size comfortably fits my 9” calves. For further size changes, you could add or remove more column rows than already suggested in these three sizes, knit these socks in a lighter or thicker weight, and/or vary your needle size.

Imdralis can be made on DPNs, two circulars or magic loop, but be prepared to shift your stitches a few times during construction.

Any feedback is most welcome :)

And a big thank you to my testers for helping me work out the many kinks in this pattern!
