This vest is so much fun to wear….THREE different ways!!! The picture in the booklet shows it fully buttoned; however, you can have just one side buttoned so that the lacey section flows off on the side. The third way is to leave it open so that the sides drape down (one side drapes longer than the other due to the construction). If it is fully buttoned you don’t need to wear anything underneath.

The lacey section is done first, then stitches are picked up along it’s side to create the rest of the vest. Due to the mesh like fabric there is not need to make buttonholes.

This tape like yarn is wonderful to knit with…does not spit and it comes in some beautiful colors.

Spring will be here in less than 3 months = make it now so you are ready to show off your knitting skills come April. Enjoy.
