I recently published my Valge in the Estonian magzine Käsitöö. As I cannot translate and publish the pattern elsewhere, I decided to make something similar for Ravelry. What is more, I added three options for the yoke pattern. You can pick up any lace pattern, provided the repeat is of certain width and height. The three patterns are shown in the pictures by Mammutis, Inga-s and Kirss. Go ahead, improvise and design along! This is why the pattern has the name Improvisatsioon (“improvisation” in Estonian).
Any mohair in the range of 25 g/210-240 m is suitable for this top.
The top is woked top-down and without seams. There is a small lace pattern on the yoke. I suggest using several pairs of circular needles, starting with the shorter one (40-50 cm) and then switching to a longer one.
Negative ease. Finished bust cicrumference: 74 cm (S), 85 cm (M), 99 cm (L), 109 cm (XL).
KAL here. Please purchase the pattern and join us, it is open until the first weekend of July. Low price 2 EUR until 20 June!
