I, on an impulse, purchased a 6 skein bag of mill end yarn and set it aside, not knowing what it would ever become.

I decided one day that I would like to knit a shawl and knew that the bag of yarn I had stashed away would be perfect. Unfortunately, there weren’t any details on the yarn in the bag. It just said mixed fibers and a total of one pound in weight.

So this shawl was knit with a little under 4 skeins of this mystery yarn. It is definitely fingering/sock weight yarn and it is a superwash.

I would suggest you pick your favorite fingering weight (2) or sport weight (3) to knit this shawl. Gauge is not super important.
