” ..where ‘roos and peacocks reign supreme. This elegant crescent shaped shawlette features a stockinette center and an easy to memorize “peacock” lace border to add a touch of fun. Best of all, you can knit this with that special skein of “sock” yarn that is just too luscious for walking on! ”

Both written and charted instructions provided.

Instructions included for a larger version.

Sample shawl used 151 gms (370 yds) of socks that rock (medium-wt) and measures 18” x 47” washed and blocked. If you are using a different fingering weight yarn, you should be able to knit the shawlette using 100 gms of yarn.
