18 mos: Waist- 24.5” Length- 15”
2T: Waist- 26” Length- 16”

Notes: I made this dress with Red Heart Super Saver but it would be much cooler for this time of year made with a cotton or cotton blend like Cotton Ease (2T) or Sinfonia (18 mos).

As always you can make the dress longer by repeating RNDs 7-10 ending repeat on a rnd 7 or a rnd 9. (total length needed minus 2” to determine.)
