This cheerful autumn hat is a great knit; ideal for using up scrap yarns, functional, stylish and very effective through its shaping. The double rim keeps your ears warm in all weathers. The side of the hat peaks at the front elevating the bright red crown which is in shape of a maple leaf.

Diese wunderbare Herbstmütze ist ein toller Strick; ideal, um Garnreste zu verwerten, trotzdem funktional, schick und sehr ungewöhnlich mit der Ahornblattform. Der doppelte Rand hält die Ohren in jedem Wettr schön warm. Der Mützenrand formt vorne eine Spitze, die das Ahornblatt hinten schön zur Schau stellt.

  • 34-64m (37-70yds) chunky (7wpi) yarn in deep red, for example Stylecraft Phases with wool shade 2404 red/grey

Needles: 5.5mm (US 9) or 6.0mm (US 10) circular 40cm (16”) needles or double pointed needles

Accessories:

  • scissors

Gauge: 16st x 22r = 10x10cm (4”x4”) in stockinette.
