"This tiny sock has the look and construction of an adult sock, but in miniature.  I’ve used a wool-blend sock yarn rather than "knitting silk" and U.S. 00 (1.75 mm) needles instead of the size 0000 (1.25 mm) needles called for in the original pattern.  Other than that, I’ve made this tiny sock exactly as the pattern is written, with a Dutch Heel and Round Toe."
