These gloves can look steampunk style or they can also work with Victorian or even goth ensembles. Use a lighter weight yarn for a more open, lacy look and you’d get a completely different look. You can customize the length of the gloves by simply leaving off one or more of the design sections.

Pattern includes instructions for 2 sizes: (S-M ) 7- 7.5” and (L-XL ) 7.5-8” - measured around the palm. Requires approximately 3 ounces (85 grms) or 185 yards (170 meters) of light worsted weight (Naturally Caron Country 75% acrylic/25% wool was used for the models - but it’s since been discontinued). Size F or G hook, depending on size desired and gauge.

This pattern may look intricate & complicated, but it’s just a step or two above a beginner level. It uses chains, slip stitches, single crochet, double crochet & picot stitches. There are also shell stitches and cluster stitches (directions given in the pattern).
