Because even frogs and smurfs use washcloths. Don’t they?

The pattern is both written and charted. It’s a relatively simple design in terms of stitches: k, p, yo, k2tog, ssk, p2tog, ssp. (Although I’m not sure that anything that calls for ssp can truly be called simple. Sorry.)

Most of the patterning is on the right side (yo, k2tog, ssk), but there are four wrong side pattern rows (yo, p2tog, ssp) at 20, 26, 32, and 38.

(There is also a crochet version.)

Have fun storming the portals!
