The cardigan has 4 panels of lace: front, back and along the top of each sleeve and is knit with the contiguous method/saddle shoulder (no seaming and knit top down). The minimalistic lace is inspired by Native American zigzag pattern

It has an asymmetric placed button band that runs around the neck down each side of the front opening.

The cardigan is knit with elbow-length sleeves and waist-length bodice. It can easily be made longer.

26sts &32 rows= 10x10cm/4x4in with 4.0mm needles.
With 2.5-5cm/1-2in positive ease. A slightly boxy fit.

Suggested yarn
tosh merino light (madelinetosh)
Soft Merino Fingering (Pierrot Yarn)

Or create your own cocktail of strands that knits up to gauge! For example two strands of EFM lace + one strands of Cashmere-Sparkle lace (Colourmart) as in the designed sample.

Yardage above is approximately and for a cropped version. If you like to knit it longer simply add more yardage according to the new length.
