~~Inhale positivity, exhale negativity, and most importantly, breathe.~~

Think about the power of breathing. Besides supplying our bodies with the needed oxygen, breathing has the power to relax, calm, decrease anxiety, relieve stress, relieve pain, and bring a sense of well being.

Similar to my Just Breathe scarf, Inhale Exhale has a simple and easy-to-memorize stitch pattern so that you can just crochet and relax.

This scarf is crocheted from side to side and forms an asymmetrical triangle with diagonal rows. The scarf starts with a few stitches, and the stitch pattern forms an interesting mesh with decorative points on the bottom edge.

And, Inhale Exhale is a true one-skein project! I used one skein of the gorgeous Meadowcroft Dyeworks Moon Lorn (425 yards/100 grams) for my scarf and used about 85 grams out of the 100 grams. I suggest a solid or a tonal colored yarn that will bring out the stitch pattern.

If you are looking for an easy and lightweight crochet project that uses one skein of yarn, this scarf is for you!
