The Inscribed Blanket uses post stitches in an accent color to inscribe patterns on top of a background color to create two different designs that alternate across sections of the blanket.

Level: Intermediate
The tutorial includes 25 pictures detailing each row and step by step pictures detailing the special stitches.

Size: Adjustable. The pictured blanket is 31½” wide by 35” tall.
Instructions are included to change the width and height of the blanket.

I made the blanket with Knit Pick’s Shine Worsted yarn (1200-1300 yards) and a H (5 mm) hook. Exact colors and amounts are given in the pattern. However, the pattern can be worked with any yarn. You can change the color pattern to match any palette.
