This fun hat uses both stranded and intarsia techniques. The design can be changed from an owl to a dog, cat or heart. The hat is knit flat, starting at the rib, and is finished off with a 3-needle bind off. The back seam is done and finally the top is folded and stitched down at the center top of hat.
