This is a heavily modified version of “braided” scarf pattern. The sample scarf was knit with Malabrigo Merino worsted (approx. 215 yards per skein) and requires 2 skeins. I recommend slipping the first stitch of every row either knit wise or purl wise keeping in pattern for that row.
