Into the Valley uses, Moss/Seed Stitch so its flows as a nice and light garment.

It is the perfect garment to use variegated yarn or even oddments

It can be made using any ply and any size hook, as the pattern is based on measurements rather than stitch count.

The garment pictured uses Kingcole Riot DK and hook size 4mm

It works up very quickly, due to it starting diagonally and though it has raglan sleeves there is very little shaping to do.

You can also choose how deep or wide the neckline is.

You will need to know how to do the following stitches (using USA terms)

Chain – ch
Single Crochet – sc
Single Crochet 2 together – sc2tog
Single Crochet 4 together = sc4tog
Chain Space – chsp
