These wrist warmers are simple enough for beginners to make. The pattern requires only knowledge of 3 stitches. The pattern is written out in UK terms and there is a link to a page on my blog explaning the abbreviations and translating into U.S. terms. They could be made using other yarns with a similar yardage - Drops Alpaca is exactly the same yardage and has different colours.

The wrist warmers are more like sleeve extenders as they stop by the hand and thus leave the hand free so you don’t have to take them off every time you have to do something. I wear mine every day during the winter and they are great for stopping draughts coming up your arm and making leaves that are too shorts bit longer. The yarn is super soft and very pleasant to wear.
