Long fingerless gloves.
My mother in law gifted me a precious memory, a pair of long gloves that she wore on her wedding day, 69 years ago. I wanted to honor her by designing a pair of fingerless gloves that were reminiscent of her gift, romantic in feel yet at the same time practical.
The bold horizontal rib pattern gives way to a graceful vertical rib, ending with a lacy feminine picot bind off. Experience with knitting in the round necessary.
Included in the pattern are photos, a complete list of abbreviations, and a stitch glossary.
Level: advanced beginner to intermediate.
