Isolda is an intarsia sweater with a cabled hem and yoke and cables running the length of the arms. Pattern directions cover 6 sizes from 2 year old child to adult man.

The measurements and materials below use the following order:
- 2 yr old, (5 yr old, 8 yr old, 10 yr old, woman, man)

• Underarms: 24 (30, 36, 42, 48, 48)
• side seam: 9.25 (11, 13.5, 14.25, 15.75, 17)
• length: 13.5 (15.5, 18.5, 23.5, 25, 27.25)
• sleeve seam: 8.25 (10, 14.75, 16.25, 17.25, 19)

Measurements (cm):

• Underarms: 60 (75, 90, 105, 120, 120)
• side seam: 23 (27.5, 33.5, 35.5, 39.5, 42.5)
• length: 33.5 (39, 46, 59, 62.5, 68)
• sleeve seam: 20.5 (25, 37, 40.5, 43, 47.5)

Materials:

EITHER Patricia Roberts Shetland

• Main Colour: 5 (6, 8, 11, 13, 14) 28g hanks
• First Contrast Colour: 2 (2, 3, 3, 4, 4) 28g hanks
• 2 other contrast colours: 1 hank of each

OR Patricia Roberts Fine Cotton or Lambswool No.1

• Main Colour: 8 (9, 13, 18, 22, 24) 25g balls
• First Contrast Colour: 2 (2, 3, 5, 6, 6) 25g balls
• Second Contrast Colour: 1 25g ball
• Third Contrast Colour: 1 (1,1,1,2,2) 25g balls

This pattern includes a chart for the intarsia which also contains symbols for cables, bobbles etc. The remainder of the sweater, including the cables at the yoke and hem, are written out.
