Long cuffed mittens with a vintage feel

In a cold climate, such as here in Scandinavia, long mittens that bridge the gap from hand to sleeve is a must. These mittens were designed for my sister who, with her long arms, always seem to have coats with sleeves to short. She also loves Bambi. I added a bit of ribbing between the cuff and hand part of the mittens in order to make them nice and snug around the wrist. The right and left mitten are mirror images of each other.
