This pattern for an itty bitty dress is design to fit my teeny tiny toys:

You can make these toys in different sizes by varying the yarn and needle size used, eg:
2.25mm with 4 ply yarn
3mm with DK yarn
3.25mm with aran yarn

As long as you use the same needle size for the dress as you used for the toy, it should fit.
