The Ivy poncho was designed for a younger friend who wears lots of soft greens. A lovely modern and warm poncho for that nature walk, or sitting in the garden on cooler evenings.

SKILL LEVEL

Easy - suitable for the confident beginner and yet interesting enough for the experienced knitter who likes to watch the world go by or natter with friends and knit at the same time. There is no shaping and all patterns are created using the knit and purl stitch. You need to able to cast/bind on and off, and knit and purl and sew up.

Instructions are written line by line, in English, with British/US terms. There is a diagram and photos to help with assembling your poncho.

(Modelled on UK size 8, US size 4, 165cm/5ft5in – the poncho hangs a little differently on larger sizes, but it still looks great!)
