Pattern uses British crochet terminology.

Pattern is for either of Cleckheaton Cocoon 4ply or Cleckheaton Merino Bambino 4ply. These two yarns have slightly different yardages, but this does not affect the number of 50g balls required.

Yardage guidelines are also given for using the older-style Merino Bambino 25g balls.

Pattern includes a stitch diagram for the picot edging.
