This vibrant cushion uses clever but simple braiding to give it both colour and texture. It is made in one square piece and then folded envelope style and seamed to form the diagonal pattern seen on the front.

YOU WILL NEED:

A 3mm crochet hook (US E-4)
4 ply acrylic yarn; less than 50g in each colour
(this was made with Your Crochet & Knitting kit yarn)
25cm cushion pad or toy filling (if unable to find cushion pad small enough)
