Sweet, good-natured and kind-hearted, Jane Bennet captured the heart of Mr. Bingley, but perhaps his heart was swayed just a bit by a pair of pretty lace stockings peeking out from the hem of her dress as they danced together at Netherfield.

These women’s-sized, mid-calf-height socks are knit from the top (cuff) down in fingering-weight yarn. They feature a delicate eyelet cuff and a simple floral and ribbed pattern on the leg and foot. The eyelet cuff is knit flat, grafted together, and then the leg of the sock is picked up and knit down from the cuff in the round. They are sized for three women’s sizes, and the length of the foot may be customized at the toe.

Women’s (S) small (8-1/4” foot circumference, (M) medium (9-1/4” foot circumference) and (L) large (10-1/4” foot circumference).
