These socks are cosy and durable. Perfect for long hikes through the countryside.

Sizing:
One size; UK 6-8 / EU 38-40

Measurements:
Actual sock Length: 23 cm / 9”
Actual sock Height: 20 cm / 8”

Yarn:
Blacker Yarns Classic 4-ply (30% British Blue-faced Leicster wool, 70% British wool; 175 m / 190 yds per 50g)
White; 3 balls

Gauge:
28 sts x 36 rows = 10 cm / 4” with larger needles in main body pattern

Needles:
2.75 mm (US 2) - double pointed needles, 3.25 mm (US 3) - double pointed needles

Notions:
stitch markers, darning needle

Notes:
These socks are knitted in the round on 3 double pointed needles. They are knitted top down. The heel is worked using a heel flap.
