Jelly Donuts was inspired by Lucy’s big, cozy, cabled sweaters. This bottom-up cardigan has dropped sleeves that are knit separately from the body and sewn on after blocking. Simple cables bracket more intricate central ones for ease of modification.

4 mm (US 6) circulars (at least 16” long)

Gauge
24 sts & 28 rows = 4” in St st, blocked.
1 rep of Braid and Left Twist cable patt (23 sts & 8 rows) = 3.25” wide, 1” tall.
Adjust needle size to obtain gauge.

Pattern Notes
Jelly Donuts is knit flat in pieces. The Body and Sleeves are knit from the bottom up, with all ribbing picked up and knit after-wards. The sleeves are a modified drop shoulder; the Julie Asselin version includes a wider collar.
