One of 6 patterns included in the Handsome: Man Sweaters for Every Body ebook.

Jerry is a plush shawl-collar cardigan inspired by vintage athletic sweaters and fancy fireplaces. The fronts, back, and sleeves are worked separately, then seamed before completing the generous shawl collar. This is not a difficult project—it’s suitable for an intermediate knitter—but the upper-body pieces require close attention to one’s work, and its fine finishing details require time and care.

Jerry is written for 12 sizes, ranging from 33” to 66” finished chest circumference, and includes options for narrow/average or broad shoulders. Like all 6 designs in the Handsome ebook, Jerry comes with free calculators to help customize your sweater’s fit, including sleeve length and body shaping (A-line, V-line, or X-line).
