Very feminine, beautifully shaped to the lower hip with slight gathering at the chest/back, picot edging to the hem and cuffs, lovely ribboning and bow details. This design looks lovely in any colour.

It is worked in single colour and although I have used DMC Petra 3, you can substitute this for any 4 ply yarn that also knits to the same tension.

The pattern gives detailed sizing. The sleeves and body length are slightly longer when knitting that the finished length because you will be hemmed this to create a Picot edge.

The cardigan fastens at the chest with 3 buttons and is finished with satin bows over the gathered area on each front side panel and centre back. Satin ribbon is fed through the lace work at the hem and cuff area.
