Garter-based pattern with stitches wrapped 3x every fourth row, then dropped on the following row (sometimes called condo knitting.) Knit in one piece, seamed at shoulders only.
Simple crochet edging around front edges and armholes calls for Size 00 crochet hook.
Cord made of twisted yarn ties the vest closed in the front.

Pattern calls for 8 oz. of yarn.
