This dress pays homage to one of my favorite clothing designers, Jill Anderson, who often uses trim to detail the outside of her sewn dresses. In my knitted version, I mimicked this effect with lines of crochet. Although I chose to use the same color for the seams shown here, you could easily experiment with a contrasting color and make them even more pronounced.
