Joy is a doll crocheted with no need to sew arms or legs. With a few stitches, you can get a doll that you can dress (the pattern incudes a dress, pants and shoes) and you can change its hair too.

It also can be made with wire inside, to make it poseable.

Gauge is not really necesary. You can choose any type of yarn you like.
