This is a simple reversible baby blanket pattern with alternating rows of polka dots.

For my niece’s new baby, I wanted to knit a reversible blanket that was simple to make but visually interesting, with no lace to catch little fingers. Thus, Juliana’s Blanket entered the world.

The pattern is written for the size blanket that I made, 36” by 48” after blocking. My blanket used nearly all of 3 balls of Jo-Ann Sensations Cuddle yarn, so approx. 1200 yards.

If you want a bigger blanket, it’s simple to just continue adding repeats of the dot pattern until the blanket is the size you like or you use up all your yarn.

Please enjoy this, my first pattern, and if you have any feedback and/or project pictures to share, I would love that!
