Columns of stitches walk together side-by-side, then at the Juncture go their own way, soon to join together again in a new, yet familiar place. It feels both architectural and organic. The pattern creates a flexible, hand snugging fit. The fitted thumb gusset is worked in reverse stockinette stitch and placed so both mitts can be worked the same. The mitts are finished with a fingertip cuff that can be extended on cold mornings and folded back when the fingers need extra room to move.

These mitts are designed for DK weight yarn in 3 sizes with 2 cuff lengths. The pattern has both written and charted instructions.

Complete the set with the Juncture Hat.
