This is a very simple shawl pattern, that can be easily adjusted to different yarn weights and shawl sizes.

You will need about 400-500 yards of fingering weight yarn for a full size shawl, more if you use finer yarn.

Add as many or as few lace repeats as you like and make it as large as you wish! I think this would look lovely in slightly variegated yarns, too.

I believe this pattern is well suited for lace beginners, and it is a relaxing knit for more experienced knitters.
