This large rectangular wrap is worked in double knitting along the short edge with stripes of textured bobbles and more open panels. The generous size makes it just right for snuggling up on those cold days or evenings.
Autumn/Winter was fast approaching and I wanted to design something that was warm & snuggly and had an Autumn feel, hence the colour choices. I have given instructions for the pattern bands as shown in the main picture, but when working this up I quickly realised that the patterns could be placed in any order & combination to make a wrap that was truly unique to each individual. Feel free to let your imagination run wild and make your own combinations!
My yarn usage in Stylecraft Special DK was:
Mocha 280g
Walnut 40g
Copper 35g
Mustard 15g
Spice 10g
Claret 35g
Camel 100g
Gold 100g
Dk Brown 30g
Lime 70g
