This top was inspired by Justine Clarke’s song watermelon - I had just designed her concert tour and couldn’t get the song out of my head. I spent alot of time in Bryon Bay that summer and this felt like a perfect beach lazy summer top - to knit and wear. Over swimmers, a dress or jeans at the beach, cafe or tapas on the balcony. The watermelon colour also reminded me of my time in Byron.

Yarn knitted it in a wonderful Purple which looks so sophisticated - amazing to see how a colour can change a design.
