How to Knit Wrap & Turns

Description from Tangled:

This fabulous funky tunic features a bodice picked up from jersey fabric and knitted in the round up through the big, comfy cowl neck. It can be a dress on its own or a tunic over leggings or jeans—the length is up to you. Using knit jersey for the skirt eliminates fraying or hemming, and because the knit portion is less than half the garment, it can be completed quickly. I hope you’ll be inspired in new ways to mix and match materials and techniques to create interesting garments!
