A Rocky-inspired lightweight cap in rib. Decreases form a cross on the crown on one side. Cap is reversible and it’s long enough for various styles of folding. Knit in soft fine yarn, it’s very warm and skin-friendly.

Any fingering or light sport weight wool will make a soft, pliable hat.

31. March 2009: Please note that I have rewritten the pattern and added a chart to help with the decreases. Be sure to download the latest version of the pattern as it is more exact.
