Karuna is crocheted using motif squares that are joined together as they are being created. The pattern includes both written and charted instructions for each motif. Edging is worked around the body and sleeves, with a picot edge, for an elegant touch. All crochet terms are American.

Finished Measurements:
401⁄2 (47, 531⁄2)” 105 (122, 139) cm meas around shoulders. Shown in 401⁄2” 105 cm size.

To Fit:
33–38 (39–44, 45–50)” 84–96.5 (99–112, 114.5–127) cm bust circumference.

Yarn:
Quince & Co. Sparrow (100% organic linen; 50 gram hanks = 168 yards) 6 (7, 9) hanks or 920 (1200, 1500) yards in comparable yarn.

Crochet Hooks:
One each, US C/2 (2.75 mm), D/3 (3.25 mm) and E/4 (3.5 mm), or sizes to obtain gauges.

Notions:
Tapestry needle.

Gauge:
23 sts and 16 rows = 4” (10 cm) in hdc-blo (htr-blo) with medium hook; 1 motif = 31⁄4” square with largest hook; 1 motif = 21⁄2” square with smallest hook. Take time to save time, check your gauge.
