Knit from the yarn remaining from my daughter’s teddy bear named Ms. Kaylee Koigu, this hat (and the bear’s name) is inspired by Kaylee of Firefly. What would Kaylee knit? I’m quite certain she would knit this girly, frilly hat. It is knit from the top down because I made it up as I went and knew I wanted a frilly edge somehow. The stitch patterns are Purled Wildflowers and Feathers and Fan modified to fit the stitch count. The picot bind off adds an extra touch to this adorable hat (if I do say so myself).

Currently undergoing layout and visual editing along with many of my older patterns. It will likely be upgraded to include multiple sizes.
