Size U.S 5 (3.75 mm) straight needles
Two size U.S 6 (4.25 mm) double-point needled (for l-cord)

Yarn needle
One button, 1-3/8” 3.5 cm diameter (for hat)

Hat is worked flat, then seamed to finish.

Flower is worked in I-cord arranged in loops. Sew in place on Hat with a large button in center of flower. (May be omitted for boys version.)
