Summary: Basic, stockinette stitch cardigan, with 3/4-length sleeves and snap closure along buttonband.

Materials:

  • Any fine-weight mohair yarn, such as Rowan Kidsilk Haze 6 (6, 8, 8, 10, 10) x 0.75oz (25g) balls (1374 (1374, 1832, 1832, 2290, 2290)yds/1256 (1256, 1675, 1675, 2094, 2094)m)
  • Pair each of sizes 3 (3mm) and 5 (3.75mm) knitting needles
  • 9 snaps

Sizing Details:

  • actual bust: 34” (86cm), 36” (91cm), 38” (97cm), 40.5” (103cm), 42.5” (108cm), 45” (114cm)
  • length: 18.5” (47cm), 19” (48cm), 19.5” (49cm), 19.5” (50cm), 20” (51cm), 20.5” (52cm)

Pattern Notes:

  • Remember to use two strands of the yarn together throughout.
  • To create a fully fashioned detail, work increases and decreases three sts inside the edges as instructed.
  • Work the front k1, p1 rib buttonbands integrally with each front to give a neater finish and to avoid having to sew it on.
