What do you do when a friend texts you a picture of yarn she was just gifted and asks you to create a pattern? Well, what I did was grab similar yarn and cast on a project, and started sending her the instructions, by text, one section at a time. It was a mystery Knit-a-Long in the truest sense and this was the result.

This shawl is a relaxing knit with an easy-to-memorize repeat and is constructed asymmetrically, which allows the knitter to blissfully knit until it’s time to bind off.
