We wanted to design something for kids that was fashionable but not too over-the-top for daily wear. It’s perfect for both boys and girls--not frilly but still cute--and stylish to boot. This hat would make a great shower gift for those friends where the normal baby hat just won’t do!

The Kiddie Cadet is knit from the bottom up in the round, and the bill is added later with a short row technique. This is a great project for all skill levels.
