It has lace rows and garter stitch in the begining and in the end of the mitten, and stockinette st. The lace pattern is in 4rows which repeated. Knitter will need 6 stitch markers for the thumb knitting and the lace parts of the pattern. I used light sport yarn and needles n.3,5 and n.3 for the starting and end of the glove .
