The versatile Kingfield Wrap is the perfect accessory for fall and winter. The cable pattern is easy to work and reverses direction at the shoulder, creating a pretty diamond detail. You have the option of adding buttons and buttonholes to the front opening. A rib border is added to the outside edges.

This wrap uses approximately 2200 yards of worsted weight yarn on US 8/5mm 36” circular needles. it is worked in one piece, starting at the back bottom edge. When you reach the shoulder there is a transitional pattern, where you reverse the cable directions and create the neck opening and front panels. At this point you may wish to switch to straight needles to work the right and left panels separately.

This pattern is in both charted and written form with a detailed schematic describing each step along the way.
